How Can I Receive Special Promotion Offers?
To find out about promotion offers, simply visit our website and sign up with your e-mail address and ZIP code for those promotions that you are interested in.   That's all you need to do to be eligible for promotion offers.

We partner with Fandango to handle movie ticket purchases.  You will be directed to Fandango’s website to purchase your movie tickets.  Fandango is an industry leader in on-line movie ticket purchases and apply industry standards to process your transaction.

What if I Forgot My Password?
In order to protect the privacy of our users and the security of the information in their accounts, we cannot tell you your current password. However, we will be happy to assign a new password to you. Just visit our Send Password page and enter your e-mail address. Within minutes, your new password will be sent to the e-mail address listed in your user profile.

If you no longer use the e-mail address you registered with, you will need to sign up again with your new e-mail address, or contact us so we can change your e-mail address for you.

How do I Unsubscribe?
We absolutely hate to see you go.  It’s like losing a friend.  But to cancel your Spider Siren account, visit our Unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing will disable your Spider Siren account and you will no longer receive our offers by e-mail. To unsubscribe from various alerts without disabling your Spider Sire account, visit My Account to update your Alert Preferences.
